or Tax Returns as appropriate.

Liabilities Statement on each applicant and/or
directors/guarantors to the proposed transaction stating their
own personal asset position.

A brief explanation
on the background of your business (Eg; Number of years
established, type of business conducted) as the purpose for the
finance (Eg; Replacing an existing vehicle). Any other
information that you consider relevant to the application should
also be included in these notes.
